4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or supply chain disruptions beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Due to the hygienic nature of body care products, the following applies:

• Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.

• If seal is broken, opened or used, products are non-returnable.

• Sale items, gift sets, and promotional items will be final sale unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.

Subscription discounts apply only to eligible items and recurring orders.

• You may cancel or modify your subscription before the next billing cycle.
