We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high order volume.

Order Tracking​

Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.​

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

​Hello Beautiful is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in USPS custody.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly.

If your package hasn’t arrived after 7 business days from the ship date, email us at hellobeautiful.com, and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS.

We take great care in creating high-quality body care products and want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of body care products:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken tamper‑proof seal are not eligible for return or refund.”

  • Unopened, unused items with an intact tamper-proof seal may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original packaging and condition to qualify.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have a broken tamper‑proof seal

  • Gift sets and bundles

  • Limited edition or promotional items

  • Sale items (unless otherwise stated)

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
