Shipping Carriers

 

All orders are shipped via:

 

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • USPS Ground Advantage

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

  • During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing may take an additional 1–2 days due to high order volume.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your order via www.usps.com.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Hello Beautiful is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in USPS custody.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact USPS directly.

  • If your package hasn’t arrived after 7 business days from the ship date, email us at hellobeautiful.com, and we’ll help you file a claim with USPS.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

At Hello Beautiful, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our body care products and our commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on any opened or used products.

Why No Returns?

Because our products are applied directly to the skin, we must ensure that each item we send is fresh, uncontaminated, and completely safe for use. Allowing returns would compromise this standard. For this reason, all sales are final.

How to Return an Item

  1. Eligibility: Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging (if applicable). Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.

  2. Request a Return: Contact us at hellobeautifulbrand.com to start the return process. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.

  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hellobeautifulbrand.com so we can make it right. While we do not accept returns, we do understand that issues can arise. If you receive a product that is:

 

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong product or scent)

  • Defective (packaging issues, leaking, etc.)

 

We’re happy to exchange it for the same or a similar item of equal value within 7 days of delivery.

 

To Qualify for an Exchange:

 

  • The product must be unopened and unused

  • You must provide a photo of the issue and proof of purchase

  • You must contact us at hellobeautifulbrand.com within 3 days of receiving your order

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Items that have been used.

  • Sale items or gift cards

 

​Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
